Help Me Grow (HMG)

HMG is Ohio's statewide infant and toddler Early Intervention Program for families with infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who are at risk for or have developmental disabilities.

Who's eligible?

Infants and toddlers (birth to age three) at risk for, or with, a developmental disability.

Services can include:

  • information on child health, safety and development
  • service coordination to help families connect with resources they need
  • an Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP) with goals to support the development of their child
  • assessments and evaluations by child development specialists
  • specialized services such as speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychological services, and counseling
  • transition planning for preschool
